First, you will need to ensure the XE is setup in the correct orientation. In the Screen Settings section, you can either use the Auto Rotation feature or manually select the orientation you will be using.

The first step to adding a widget to the XE is to click on the "+" to open the Widget Menu. At this point, be sure to open SimHub. If you don't already have the Software, be sure to download it. It is one of the most versatile programs available for Sim Racing.

After clicking the “+” to get started, you should be able to find the SimHub as a default widget option. If this is not available, be sure to verify you have the latest updates installed for both the Xeneon Edge and iCUE.

This will place the SimHub widget into the first tile. From here, you will then start to setup the widget for the dashboard you are looking for. For a DDU, I would recommend either using the Large or Extra Large display settings. This way, you can have a meaningful amount of data that is legible. With the Large, you will have space for a Medium size widget available.

With Simhub, you will have a number of standard dashboards to choose from. You can also download, create or modify dashboards to use as well. Above, I am using a Large widget for the Ferrari 599 dashboard with a medium Leadership board Dashboard. You simply choose which dashboard you would like in the dropdown.

If you would like to add a dashboard to the listing, you will first need to add it into SimHub. This is done via the Import dashboard feature built within SimHub. Often, once you download the SimHub dashboard it will be able to automatically import.

For Xeneon Edge focused dashboards, I would recommend looking at the options available at Opulent Hardware. Above is how the XL landscape dashboard looks from Opulent Hardware.

One great feature of the XE is it allows you to setup multiple dashboard views that you can swipe to change. If you are finding it difficult to swap screens mid race with gloves, be sure to look at binding a key to the Previous and Next display options in the Screen Setup section.
