SimHub is the de facto standard for turning live telemetry into dashboards, on-screen overlays, LED strips, windsim, and haptic/motion effects (bass shakers, pedal haptics).  It supports roughly 100 games and 200 devices, with a no-code Arduino integration for building custom button boxes, shift lights, and DIY dash screens. The core app is free; an optional pay-what-you-want license lifts hardware refresh rates and unlocks convenience features like automatic game detection. 

DNR started as a community-made SimHub LED profile project and has grown into a full ecosystem of SimHub-compatible dashboards, LED profiles, stream deck overlays, and a lap-coaching/leaderboard layer called Track Rivals. Its "DNR ONE" telemetry feed underpins everything else in the lineup, and "DNR RELAY" lets a whole team see whichever car is currently being driven, useful for endurance racing. It's used by well-known names in sim and real-world racing (Daniel Morad, Tony Kanaan, James Baldwin) and runs on a pay-what-you-want model similar to SimHub.  

RaceLab is an overlay and telemetry suite with a large community-built layout library, covering iRacing, ACC, Le Mans Ultimate, rFactor 2, RaceRoom, and more. It's popular for its flexibility in building custom on-screen widgets (standings, relative, inputs, fuel) without needing deep design skills, since you can drop in a layout someone else already built and tuned. It's freemium software actively maintained with broad sim coverage

iOverlay is a free iRacing-specific overlay covering standings, relative, spotter panel, track map, and a fuel calculator, with an optional paid Pro tier for extra features. It's a lightweight go-to for racers who just want clean on-screen race info without the overhead of a full dashboard suite 

Race Element is a free, open-source overlay, telemetry, and setup tool spanning a wide range of sims (iRacing, ACC, Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2, LMU, AMS2, RaceRoom, and rally titles). Being open-source and actively maintained makes it a solid no-cost alternative if you don't want to pay for RaceLab or SimHub's licensed features.  

VRS is one of the longest-running names in iRacing-focused coaching, combining telemetry analysis, subscription data packs (setups, hotlaps, tutorials), and a roster of 50+ paid 1:1 coaches. Its Driving Analyzer lets you overlay your lap against a reference driver corner-by-corner to see exactly where time is won or lost. VRS also sells its own DirectForce Pro direct-drive wheelbases and cockpits, so it spans hardware, data, and coaching rather than fitting neatly into one bucket. The "VRS One-on-One" coaching product pairs you with a real coach for personalized session review .

Garage 61 is a cloud-based telemetry and lap-comparison platform built specifically around iRacing. It pools laps from a large shared community, so instead of only comparing against your own personal best, you can stack your data against thousands of other drivers in the same car and session. The web dashboard breaks down sector times, throttle/brake traces, and consistency trends without needing a local telemetry app running. It's freemium, with more history and comparison depth unlocked on paid tiers. 

Track Titan is an AI-driven telemetry coaching platform covering AMS2, ACC, Assetto Corsa, F1, iRacing, and Le Mans Ultimate. It analyzes your driving inputs and generates personalized tips, structured training plans, and pro-built setups rather than just raw graphs. It's aimed at drivers who want actionable coaching without having to interpret a telemetry trace themselves. 

Trophi.ai is a real-time AI coaching app that runs alongside iRacing, ACC, F1 23–25, and Le Mans Ultimate, delivering voice-guided coaching (via an in-ear "coach" persona named Mansell) as you drive, plus detailed post-session reports that prioritize exactly which corners and techniques are costing you time. Higher tiers add pro-level iRacing setups and monthly 1:1 sessions with a Driver61 Esports instructor. It's built by a team with a real-world coaching background (Driver61), and reviewers have reported multi-second lap time gains after a few sessions. A 7-day free trial is offered on the Premium tier. 

Coach Dave is a subscription app that auto-loads and tunes car setups across major titles (ACC, iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, AMS2, AC Evo, AC Rally, Gran Turismo 7), paired with structured training content from the Coach Dave Academy. It blends setups, telemetry, and coaching into one subscription rather than separating them.

Crew Chief is a free AI voice race engineer and spotter that gives real-time callouts for fuel, tire wear, damage, and nearby opponents across a huge range of sims (iRacing, ACC, Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2, AMS2, RaceRoom, F1, BeamNG, Le Mans Ultimate, and more). It's community-built, highly configurable, and widely considered essential for anyone racing without a real spotter/engineer. 

 SimGrid is a league, championship, and event management platform used by thousands of online racing communities across 16+ titles (iRacing, ACC, Assetto Corsa, Le Mans Ultimate, AMS2, and more). It handles signups, standings, results, and driver ratings for league organizers, making it one of the standard tools behind community racing series. 

Race Control is the official ranked matchmaking and league platform for Le Mans Ultimate and rFactor 2, offering structured competitive ladders outside of a single publisher's own multiplayer system. 

Trading Paints is the standard platform for custom liveries in iRacing — upload, browse, and download community-made paint schemes that render live on track for you and other Trading Paints users.
